Palm Paradise - Heated pool & Hot tub + Golf Cart

House Rules:
No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside!

No parties or events.

Check-out is at 10 AM.

No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.

All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower and hose for this purpose. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.

Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM.

A $400 cleaning fee is required to be paid before check-in for long-term stays.

Golf cart rental: $65 per night. WE DO NOT ALLOW GOLF CARTS FROM LOCAL RENTAL COMPANIES TO BE BROUGHT OR DROPPED OFF AT OUR PROPERTY FOR USE.

PET RULES:
• A $100 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
• Your dog should be friendly, non-aggressive and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
• We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds!
• Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
• Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
• Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
• You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
• Limit of two dogs.

POOL RULES:
Pool Heating Policy -
Pool heat is available seasonally from March through October, provided that the overnight low temperatures remain above 50°F. During colder periods, the pool heater may be turned off to protect the equipment and ensure safe operation.

Please note that when temperatures fall below this threshold, the pool may not reach or maintain a comfortable swimming temperature even if heating is requested. Pool heat availability is determined daily based on local weather conditions and is not guaranteed outside of the stated parameters.

- Do not tamper with the pool equipment. If equipment is tampered with there will be $500 fine!
- You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents are injuries.
- Children will need to be supervised at all times.
- No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool.
- There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.
