This cozy Lower Queen Anne apartment has everything you need to make your stay in the Emerald City as comfortable as possible and is within walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena, Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Park, and more! A Safeway grocery store is directly across the street. The apartment is on the quiet side of the building so you can relax in peace. Free coffee and tea are included. Your stay includes a street parking pass*. And did we mention rooftop access with amazing views?!

*Do be aware that sometimes street parking can be difficult to find depending on the time of day.

The TV is a smart TV so you can watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc. There is also a washer and dryer in unit.

AC is set up in the summer months when the weather is warm.

Please note: The building has security cameras in common areas such as the hallway and front entrance. These are operated and monitored by building management for general building security.

I stayed at this property for 10 days during my condo remodel. This apartment and the building itself were very clean. The apartment, although small, was well appointed and comfortable. Permit street parking was easy to find nearby. The location can't be beat with multiple buses to downtown available just around the corner, and restaurants, grocery stores and the Seattle Center within easy walking distance.
