The studio is located in a detached house built in 2000, renovated in 2017, and is rustically furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, garden swing, and courtyard.

Hévíz. The studio is located on a 50 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
