Located in the gated Pocono Country Place community, guests have the option to purchase daily amenity passes (available seasonally) for access to swimming pools, beaches, mini golf, and boat rentals. Community amenities are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are managed directly by the community.



Guest Access:

With the exception of a supply closet, you will have access to the entire home.

Experience the best of both worlds in our charming short-term rental nestled within the secure and inviting community of A Pocono Country Place. This gated community is perfect for families and vacationers looking for a memorable getaway.



For those who love furry companions, our neighborhood boasts a fantastic fenced dog park where your four-legged friends can frolic and make new pals. Sports enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise with access to a baseball field, tennis courts, and basketball courts – perfect for family tournaments.



And let's not forget the little ones! Our community features a delightful playground where children can burn off energy and create unforgettable memories.



Venture a bit further into the neighborhood, and you'll discover even more excitement. During the summer months, amenity passes can be purchased for $12 per person, per day and guests can enjoy four additional swimming pools, ensuring there's always a place to cool off. Sunbathe on the sandy shores of our swimming beach, try your hand at a round of miniature golf, or embark on a leisurely paddle boat adventure. The options are endless, and the fun never stops!



After you book, you'll be required to complete a short-term rental registration form provided by the HOA after booking. This form must be completed 72 hours prior to arrival, or a $75 late registration processing fee is charged. If you have not completed the form 24 hours prior to check-in, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.



This community houses a mixture of vacation homes and permanent residents, so we ask that you are mindful of the neighbors and respect the quiet hours, which are from 10 pm to 8 am.



Getting Around:

We've got your convenience covered from the moment you check-in. On the day of your arrival, you'll receive a gate pass that opens the door to every section of our welcoming HOA community. Whether you wish to explore different parts of the neighborhood or take advantage of various amenities, you'll have the freedom to do so effortlessly.



Parking is a breeze throughout the community. You'll find free parking available at all of our sparkling pools and other fantastic amenities. Whether you're heading to the beach, mini-golf, or one of our swimming pools, rest assured that you'll have a convenient spot to park your vehicle.



When you return to your home away from home, you'll find ample parking space in the driveway, accommodating up to four cars. Please note that street parking is not permitted within the community. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, ensuring your stay is as smooth as possible.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure our cleaners have enough time to meet our standards of cleanliness, Our standard check-in time is 5 pm and check-out time is 11 am



Pet Fee: $100 per pet (2 pet maximum). Dogs only, please!



We’re so excited to welcome you to our home! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a $75 rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.



Seasonally available amenities passes are available for $12 per person daily, and you can purchase them directly at any pool location. With these passes, you will have access to community pools (Memorial Day - Labor Day), swimming beaches, mini-golf, and paddle boats (July 1st-Labor Day)
