The studio is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location. Available for use: sunshade, deck chair, terrace and garden furniture. Washing machine available from the landlord for a fee.

Dramalj. The landlord lives permanently in the house. On the ground floor of this house there is one of the best restaurants in the Kvarner Bay. As the house was specially designed for tourism and consists of 6 units, it is ideal for a successful holiday. The neighbouring house with the same landlords, which was specially designed for tourism, features a wellness oasis with a sauna and hot tubs. Breakfast can be booked on site. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
