Our three-bedroom two two-bathroom condo with a free parking spot is located where the entertainment district, waterfront, and financial district merge and is just steps away from the city's most popular attractions, restaurants & destinations. It features a stunning panoramic lake view overlooking the harbour.
Must be twenty years or older to book.
Cozy, spacious and inviting, you’ll feel perfectly at home in this luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom suite which offers a stunning panoramic view of the city as well as a free parking spot. Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, groups, families and those in town for business.
The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, spacious closet, queen sized bed and a great view. The second and third bedroom feature queen and double beds, and closets.
The kitchen and living room area are fully equipped with everything you need to eat and relax after a long day sightseeing or working. The living room includes a couch that turns into a comfortable modern sofa bed.
I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
The common bathroom includes a bath and a washer & dryer are also ensuite for guests to use. High speed wifi is included in the unit as well as cable and Netflix. Looking forward to hosting you!
Other things to note
* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.
* For shorter than 28 days stays - Upon arrival, you will need to have your ID and confirmation number ready to register at the self-service check-in terminal located in the building lobby.
* The building amenities are available for 30 days or longer rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level.
*Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in secure underground parking with 24/7 parking across the street for 20 to 30 dollars a day.
*Note: Travel cot and baby high chair are not available.
