Perfect for a vacation by the sea with two families! Our vacation home “Milena,” newly built in 2015, is located in a quiet area of Warnemünde at Stolteraer Weg 8c. The house is divided into two separately accessible vacation apartments—the two-room “Jann” apartment on the first floor and the three-room “Jule” apartment in the attic, each with a balcony or terrace and its own parking space next to the house. Dear guests, welcome to Haus Milena! We offer you a cozy, comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.<br><br>The sunny, comfortably furnished “Jule” vacation apartment is approximately 65 square meters in size, designed for 2 to 5 guests plus a toddler, and features—on the first floor (attic)—a living room with a double sofa bed, an open-concept kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, a large balcony, satellite TV, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, a high-quality DAB radio with USB and Bluetooth, and a bedroom with a double bed. In the attic, there is an additional room with a sleeper sofa and a fold-out bed. The floor is covered with pine laminate. <br>Your car is safely parked on the property (included). We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment. <br><br><br>The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,<br>(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).<br><br>In the same building, you can also rent the “Jann” vacation apartment on the first floor, which features 2 rooms, a garden, and a parking space, and accommodates up to 4 people.<br><br>Enjoy your vacation!<br><br>A bakery, grocery store, restaurant, bike rental, golf course, etc.—everything is just around the corner.<br><br>We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and are always available by phone.
