Unit 4 is a spacious top floor 3BR with partial ocean views from the living area and kitchen, plus a private balcony with sunset visibility. Ideal for families and groups with an open layout and large primary suite. Enjoy an 8 minute walk to Buccaneer Beach and quick drives to dining, Carlsbad Village, and Legoland. Road noise should be expected due to the corner lot location.

Steps to the Shore Unit 4 is the building’s expansive top floor 3BR retreat, offering partial ocean views, a private balcony, bright interiors, and generous space for families and groups.
