Welcome to Seas The Day Villa — the perfect place in Aruba for families and friends seeking luxury, comfort, and unforgettable beach days.

This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa offers the perfect combination of upscale living, privacy, and island fun. Located just behind the coastline, approximately 100 meters from the water, you can easily walk to Boca Catalina and Three Steps Beach, two of Aruba’s favorite spots for swimming and snorkeling.

Our stay at Seas The Day villa exceeded all our expectations. The villa was beautiful, spotless, with comfortable beds. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen area was spacious, clean and well-stocked. The location was fantastic, just a few steps to Boca Catalina beach with it's clear waters. Ruben and Geraldine were very responsive and attentive. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would happily return to this place! Thank you.

This place was absolutely as pictured & described. The host openly communicated to see if we were in & doing okay & then helped with a booking that was advertised in the condo. Everything was exceptionally clean. The extras like a cooler & beach chairs were perfect!!

Our stay at Catalina Villas was exceptional!! We loved the villa-plenty of room and very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect-in walking distance to the beach and away from the resorts. Very nice pool and patio to enjoy. Geraldine was on top of communication with all of our needs/requests. If we are blessed to visit this beautiful island again, we will be staying here

Could not have been happier with the condo and the hosts! The condo was very clean, nicely laid out and had everything we needed for a week at the beach! We also greatly appreciated the kitchen being stocked with general spices so we did not have to buy anything for one time use. The hosts responded immediately to any questions we had and are even nice enough to help coordinate shipping back and an item our daughter forgot. The condo is just steps from a beautiful beach and to a popular beach for turtle sightings. The hosts were happy to give great local suggestions for food and outings. I highly recommend this condo or one of their other properties. We will definitely be looking them up again on any return trip to Aruba!

Catalina Villas “Seas the Day” was excellent. The property was clean, spacious and had excellent amenities. The property was directly by the Boca Catalina beach. You could walk right of the villa and get there. The property also provided beach chairs and floaties for our stay. The keys were right there as soon as we arrived. When I called for customer service, the property manager responded expeditiously. Our neighbors were quiet. Overall, it was an outstanding stay. We would like to purchase again and stay for an extended week. The hosts were very communicative and hospitable. I would recommend that you book your stay here if you’re traveling to Aruba. Everything you need is right here. From air fryer, fully stocked cabinets with silverware and bowls and plates. We can’t wait to be back next year.

The pictures of this place don't do it justice. It's incredible. We are a family of five with a teen and two younger kids. This place offered tons of space in a perfect location.The location is amazing, its quite and an easy walk to the beach. We liked being away from the hotel area, but its a quick easy drive to that area if you choose to go. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool and patio are perfect. Zero complaints, 100% would recommend and stay there again.

This house has it all ! Clean - fully functional kitchen - beautiful small pool in a lovely - private courtyard . Easy access to 3 beautiful beaches . Very safe area - lots of room to spread out and enjoy family time ! Host was always available and responded immediately- she checked in on a regular basis to make sure all was well! 5 star property!

Fabulous stay

The house, location, accommodations and host exceeded all expectations. This was our ninth visit to beautiful Aruba but our first time staying in a house rather than a hotel. It was very convenient to have so much room for our family. It was only a short few minutes walk to a nice sandy beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property

This property was everything as described plus more. Very nice place and will stay there again. Steps always from the beach.

We love this area because it puts you close to some of Aruba’s most beautiful beaches while still offering a peaceful and relaxing setting. Boca Catalina and Tres Trapi are just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and Aruba’s incredible sunsets. Arashi Beach is also nearby, and Palm Beach’s restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are only a short drive away.
