Experience Lowcountry living at its best! Our villa is ideally situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Calibogue Club, a secluded community of vacation properties and private homes in Sea Pines Plantation. Enjoy easy access to Sea Pines' world class amenities, including pristine beaches, golf, tennis and the Harbour Town Yacht Basin with its iconic lighthouse, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. Proximity to Sea Pines' main gate also insures quick access to Hilton Head's many amenities.

Our villa is a 2,400 sq/ft, 3 BR, 3 BA townhouse that was extensively renovated in 2021 with an emphasis on quality and comfort. Premium amenities include hardwood floors, new carpet, a two-zone HVAC system and upgraded kitchen/bathrooms with custom finishes.

The open concept living area features a cathedral ceiling and hardwood floors that lead to an expanded rear deck overlooking a peaceful lagoon - a quiet setting for morning coffee or evening gatherings. The living area has a 65" Smart TV.

The rear deck features a propane gas grill and dining table that seats six guests.

A complete kitchen renovation features stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, custom cabinets and quartz counter tops. Amenities include a convenient breakfast table that seats four and a laundry closet creating a space that is both functional and beautiful.

Our villa offers a fabulous retreat for families seeking comfort and style. There are three large bedrooms that can comfortably sleep eight guests.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor. Bedroom 1 overlooks the rear patio and lagoon. It has a king size bed, 55" Smart TV and full bath with a tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has two double beds, 43" Smart TV and full bath with a walk-in shower.

There is one bedroom upstairs. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, 50" Smart TV and full bath with a combination tub/shower. This bedroom includes a work station and small game room with a 55" Smart TV and Play Station.

Our guests have free access to Calibogue Club's community pool and 3 tennis courts which are less than a one minute walk from our front door.

Rent includes five free bikes for the duration of your vacation.

Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.

We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for nearly 20 years and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. The unit is newly updated and well equipped with everything needed for your stay. We were here for the RBC Heritage PGA event and the unit was an enjoyable walk to Harbour Town. The pool area was clean and relaxing as well.

This was a great space for our party of seven including teenagers and young adults. We were delighted to have access to a variety of sports equipment like tennis rackets, pickleball paddles and even basketball. When my husband booked, I was a little skeptical about “free bikes” but they were in good working order and well maintained. Kitchen was so well designed and stocked which we appreciate as we eat most meals in. Didn’t have time to enjoy the PS4 and game room, but that was a nice surprise that would have come in handy had the weather not been as great. My one and only hangup is that beach is a good mile and a half away. We prefer to bike most places on Sea Pines, but it was a little far for me (not most of my family though!) Thanks to Pat for helping us and for a great stay this week!

The owners of this home have thought of everything with their renters comfort in mind. The home has everything you could need during a stay and then some. The view of the lagoon from the deck makes enjoying your morning coffee so peaceful. The pool and tennis courts are right across from the rental for added convenience. Pat and Sonny were so easy to get ahold of when we had questions and so accomodating. I recommend anyone coming to HHI to check this place out. By far my favorite we have booked!
