The detached holiday home, built in 2010 and renovated in 2010, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a lively environment, in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property over the lake and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Keszthely. The holiday home is situated on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Cot bed and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via cable. Channels in various languages.
