Upon entering is the spacious hall with an inner archway leading into the living/dining room with stone walls, feature fireplace and Satellite TV. The modern pine kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer, twin sink unit and walk-in larder. The patio doorway opens from the kitchen out to the poolside terraces for those ice-chilled drinks. From the living room a second inner archway leads into one double bedroom with private bath/shower room and secluded sun terrace. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom with shower and half-size bath. This house is superbly furnished throughout in high quality Mallorcan rustic style with many interesting artefacts and features. The bedrooms will be fitted with airconditioning in 2011.

GATED SWIMMING POOL. The swimming pool area can now be closed off for children. Outside, a little casita has a shower room and houses the washing machine. A further bonus is the upper sun terrace, just relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Ideally located for walking in the Pollenca hills and for cycling enthusiasts
