Finca Zurbarán in Colonia de Sant Pere

Finca Zurbarán is located in the Northeast of Mallorca close to the picturesque village Colonia Sant Pere. The holiday home is on the seafront, at the end of a dead end road and next to a nature preserve. There is a small bay in 150 m walking distance from the house. The bay has a rocky beach, crystal clear waters and is perfect for diving and snorkeling. The seaside village Colonia Sant Pere is at only 2 kilometres distance and offers a picturesque seaside promenade with seafood and fine dining restaurants, shopping facilities for the daily needs, a bakery, a small farmers market as well as bike, kayak and surf board hire. Furthermore the village has a fine sandy beach, which is well protected and safe for children and a small marina. About 6 kilometres away is the long sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina. This beach is part of a nature reserve and remains thus unexploited. In the closer surroundings are a lot of smaller bays to be discovered, which remain peaceful and quiet even during high season, some only accesible by foot or boat. For a change, the village of Artà is ideal for an excursion, especially on its colourful market day when numerous stalls are lining the cobbled streets of is old town. Next to the grounds of Finca Zurbarán is a large nature preserve, which is nice to go for a walk. For those looking for a more demanding outing, there are nice hiking trails in the mountains nearby. The closest golf courses would be in Canyamel, Costa de los Pinos or Son Servera.

Finca Zurbarán is a country house with a very personal style, top of the range fittings and with elegant furnishing. There are three bedrooms, all ample and fitted with a lounge area and a writing desk. On the ground floor there is the large living area with access to the terrace and phenomenal see views through the large round arch windows. The living room offers a fireplace, lounge with television set, a sitting area with a grand piano made by Schimmel as well as a large dining table. Next to the living room is the fully fitted kitchen, which includes a combined gas and electric stove top. The kitchen has access to the side terrace. Next to the entrance and the flight of stairs to the first floor one bathroom with a shower is completing the ground floor.

The first floor consists of three bedrooms and the second bathroom. The first bedroom is sunny and furnished with a double bed and an elegant suite of a sofa and chairs, a television set and a writing desk. This bedroom offers views of the amazing gardens. On the opposite side of the corridor is the bathroom with shower cabin and bathtub. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed, a comfortable relax chair and a writing desk. It is overlooking the garden towards the pool and the sea. Next to this bedroom is the door to the first floor terrace. The third bedroom has a winter garden with the most splendid sea views and another door to the first floor terrace. The winter garden offers a writing desk, comfortable sofas with coffee table and a television set. It is a marvellous place to enjoy the dramatic views of the mountainside and the sea.

All bedrooms are fitted with double beds (180 x 200 cm, individual mattresses) and built-in cupboards. Each bedroom can be fitted with a standing fan, if needed.

Finca Zurbarán is a holiday home perfect for any group, offering a lot of common space, but also spaces to be on your own. A beautiful place to relax, unwind and enjoy the truly spectacular surroundings.

The finca is well equipped for seminars or Yoga groups. There is the possibility to either provide seating (15 chairs) or Yoga mats (12), cusions and blankets. There is a flip chart available as well as a flat screen television set. To accommodate seating or space for the mats, the living room furniture can be removed and put into storage without any additional costs.

Finca Zurbarán offers an exceptionally beautiful and large garden with many different places to withdraw and enjoy the surroundings. It is a real sanctuary to unwind and relax. The spectacular sea views are omnipresent. The pool area is surrounded by bushes and trees and is surrounded by sun terraces, with a dining area and a brick built BBQ. The house itself has different terraces, so guests can choose between sun and shade throughout the day. There is enough place for various cars and a carport next to the house.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.

The finca is well equipped for seminars or Yoga groups. There is the possibility to either provide seating (15 chairs) or Yoga mats (12), cusions and blankets. To accommodate seating or space for the mats, the living room furniture can be removed and put into storage without any additional costs.
The house of the owner including a parking space for his care is located at the rear of the vast property and protected from views. The drive is for common use of the guests and the owner.

On arrival there is a deposit of 500 € to be paid, which will be returned on departure.
Minimum stay is nights, additional days can be added.
Final cleaning and towel change are included in the price.
