Finca Vidal in S'Alqueria Blanca

Recently built holiday home with views and pool between S'Alquería Blanca and Portopetro. Finca Vidal is furnished in a modern and comfortable style and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Finca Vidal is located in the rural countryside and has nice views up to the sea. Within 5 kilometres distance are the beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Mondragó, the two small bay of Portopetro and the famous seven beaches of Cala d'Or. Portopetro is a fishermen's village with a nice harbour lined by a number of restaurants, bars and shops. S'Alquería Blanca is on the top of a hill. All around the market square are cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities and three bakeries. A good choice of sports and leisure activities can be found in Cala d'Or, which is only a short drive away.

Finca Vidal is an ample and well designed house in the typical style of the local country houses. The ground floor offers an open-plan living dining room with access to the terrace and the pool area. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area for breakfast or a quick lunch. On the same floor is the master bedroom with shower bathroom en-suite and access to the terrace and pool area. Three more bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a double bed and bathroom en suite. The other two are fitted with twin beds and are sharing one bathroom. The first floor bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning.

Finca Vidal offers a nice terrace with dining table, which is overlooking the pool and the sun terrace. There is a worktop next to the terrace, including water basin and brick built BBQ. Private parking on the plot.

Children are welcome, one cot and a highchair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.

Minimum stay is one week, during low season individual days can be added.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
