Finca Pereda in Porto Colom

Finca with a beautiful garden and pool at the borders of Portocolom. Finca Pereda is a rustic holiday home in a prime location. The highlight of this house is the lush garden with three different BBQ-facilities and a small outdoor kitchen.

Finca Pereda is located in a quiet residencial street on the borders of Portocolom. Restaurants, shopping facilities and the picturesque harbour are within walking distance, the Cala Marcal beach is only about 2,4 kilometres away. The sandy bay offers crystal clear waters and a good infrastructure. Portocolom is famous for its romantic port and the seaside promenade with some fine dining restaurants and precious views. Further beaches are all is short driving distance. The popular Vall d'Or golf course is only about 3 kilometres away.

Finca Pereda is a rustic, neatly kept holiday home. All rooms are on the same floor. There is a sunny dining room with a comfortable lounge area with wood burning oven, one step further up there is the main living room with another wood burning oven and next to it the fully furnished kitchen. Towards the side are the bedrooms, 4 in total, an two bathrooms. Another full bathroom with shower is towards the back of the house and has only access from outside.

Finca Pereda offers a very beautiful and large garden with a wide variety of flowers, palm trees and shrubs. There are various seating areas distributed over the garden, some in the shade of the large trees, others overlooking the pool. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and there is a pool house with the outdoor kitchen, fitted with a gas grill, sink, work top, fridge and a dining table. The BBQ facilities include an easy to use gas grill, a brick-built traditional BBQ and a pizza/wood burning oven. The plot is fully fenced and protected from views by shrubs and trees. There is also a carport for two cars in front of the gate.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
Dogs are allowed on request.
One of the bathroom has only an access from outside.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be added.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
