Really well designed and well appointed Cottage. Lots of space for multiple families or large groups. We loved our stay, while the kids enjoyed the Rec area with pool table, games room, multiple large TV screens and a dedicated Theatre Room, the adults were able to have separate private spaces in the living area, two outdoor front and back seating areas on the porch and a Fire Pit. Perfect for a Family getaway. Definitely Recommended.very close to the Massanutten Water Park and within 30-40mins drive of multiple venues like the Caverns, James Madison Univ. and Harrisonburg City with its historic downtown with Cafes, Pubs and Restaurants.

We stayed with our family and pups for our daughter’s Graduation from JMU. It was absolutely perfect. More than enough room for everyone…even some unexpected guests. It is very well equipped and extremely private. A slice of heaven. We really didn’t want to leave. We used the sauna and the hot tub and the fire pit. It’s also a great location. Host was very communicative and accommodating.

11/10!!!! What a beautiful property, with so many thoughtful appointments. Everything was spotless, user friendly and up to a VERY high standard. The house is in an excellent location with spectacular views. Our host was VERY attentive and helpful. We cannot wait to stay again!!

The host was awesome! He replied immediately to my messages and addressed whatever I ask! The house was beautiful very clean and was perfect for all of us! The amenities are above and beyond what anyone can expect! The snow on the ground made for great family time sledding! Short drive to tubing and skiing was just a perfect fit! I would highly recommend to anyone!
Failed to mention the beauty of wildlife surrounding the house!

Loved how well the host communicated, and made adding pets straightforward. Also one of the best/most reasonable pet fees and policies we could find. The property and space was fantastic- especially with so much wildlife around (and we hope other guests care and help protect the natural environment! Please drive slowly entering and leaving the property, the rabbits were pretty stubborn about moving). Everyone in our party was able to find a bed that fit their comfort level. The only “dislike” was it felt like we had to hold the couch down before sitting as it’s modular so the pieces kept moving on us (even just reaching to grab my water bottle). The only other dislike is just tourism in general that everything is up-charged over holidays, but even though it was a higher priced property, our group really enjoyed our time here and it was truly nice to be more secluded. Also helpful knowing the property was secluded enough to enjoy some runs and walks to the main gate and back
