Beautiful holiday home with private pool, summer kitchen and BBQ between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Finca Fabiana has a nice pool and outdoor area with various terraces and views of the Tramuntana mountain range. The house is inviting and sunny.

Finca Fabiana is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The beautiful old town of Pollensa is only 4,5 kilometres away and is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa at 4,5 kilometres distance has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

All on one floor Finca Fabiana offers a light filled and inviting lounge dining room with seating area, open fireplace and a dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped. There is a grand master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Two more bedrooms, both twins, are sharing one full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a third shower room outside.

Finca Fabiana has a 4x8 metre pool, surrounded by lawns. There are two beautiful terraces alongside the house with a lovely summer kitchen, dining table and BBQ. The rooftop terrace offers beautiful views of the surrounding fields and the Tramuntana mountain range. Outside bathroom with shower and toilet.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.

Minimum stay is one week. During peak season bookings will only be accepted from Saturday to Saturday. Flexible entry days for the rest of the season.
