Welcome to this spacious and thoughtfully designed 6-bedroom home, perfect for large families, group trips, and memorable reunions.

The main floor offers excellent functionality and comfort, featuring a private king-sized bedroom with a full bathroom just steps away—ideal for guests who prefer easy access without stairs. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room, and a separate family room, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather, relax, or spread out.

The second floor includes four generously sized bedrooms, all furnished with king-size beds, along with three full bathrooms—making it easy for larger groups to enjoy both comfort and privacy.

Downstairs, the finished basement adds even more entertainment and sleeping space. It features a game/play room with a pool table and fireplace, plus an additional bedroom with three twin bunk beds and a full bathroom—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step outside to enjoy the large, fully fenced backyard, offering brand new hot tub to relax and unwind. The private swimming pool is a highlight during warmer months (please note: the pool is CLOSED DURING WINTER).

Located in a very quiet yet convenient neighborhood, this home offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to shopping, dining, and major routes. To ensure a great experience for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

This house provided great space for 7 girlfriends on a summer trip. Spacious bedrooms and living space. The outside patio and pool was great, especially since it was 90 degrees. Owner was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again. We also enjoyed the cardinals who came to visit in the backyard!!

Perfect for our group! This was a perfect house for all of us adults. We had a mix of singles and couples for a tournament at Lou Berliner and this was perfect! A quick 20-25 minute drive, the hot tub was awesome after long days at the field, and there was enough beds and space for everyone!

Host was responsive to requests. 5 very large bedrooms with king beds! Plus another bedroom in basement with 3 bunk beds. Comfort place for my family of eight adults. Would rent again. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable.

Overall, we had a great experience. The host was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. There were a few minor issues, but they were addressed quickly—someone was sent out within an hour of us reaching out, which we really appreciated.The home was generally clean, though one of the beds appeared not to have had the linens changed, as there were crumbs present. The freezer was also quite full from previous guests, leaving limited space for our items. Additionally, there were quite a few personal belongings in the home, which made it a bit difficult to locate certain items like the ceiling fan remote and the 8 ball for the pool table, which seemed to be missing.Despite these small inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s prompt communication and effort to resolve concerns!

The house was as described in the listing and photos on VRBO. We had plenty of room for the 7 adults and 4 children (7 and under) to sleep, eat, and move about and play. The house had very nice comfortable bedding and towels. The scent diffusers in the rooms were a nice touch.The main issue we had during our stay, and the reason for the rating, was the oven was broken and we were not informed before our stay. We had 3 families coming from 3 different locations and all brought food to prepare in the house over the weekend that required an oven.There was an air fryer which we used to make small batches of food and the owner was kind to order take out pizzas for the take and bake pies we brought for the first night’s dinner. We unfortunately had to go shopping the morning of the second day to buy additional food for the weekend that we could cook on the range top, air fryer, or microwave.Communications with the owner’s was good with prompt responses. Knowing about the oven ahead of time we could have made different plans.

First time in the area to attend High School bowling Nationals. The house was like pictures in listing and in a private housing division. New appliances in kitchen and grill, new beds (on the hard side for our personal preference), clean, and beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and tree line view. Kids loved playing pool and having their area downstairs. The host was quick to respond to questions and needs we had. Even put in delivery for a couple items needed for kitchen to make food preparation for our large group easier. We could see that hosts have been working on updates. And we had visitors when we returned from a morning match…Mama duck and babies in pool.
