The house is equipped with high speed wifi, two private work areas, Smart TV in the living room as well as TVs in some of the bedrooms, books, games, and pretty much everything else you could need for a very comfortable stay.



We have security cameras in outdoor areas, for security purposes only.



The house is not to be used for any for profit endeavor without express permission.



We do not allow unruly parties, or excessively loud music that might disturb neighbors. We allow only respectful, mature gatherings in care of the local environment.



Pet fees is $100 per pet, per stay.
