The Sea Pearl is a spacious, beautifully decorated lower level apartment that has a limited view of Morro Rock and the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and it was helpful to have a broom and dustpan as well as cleaning supplies and a vacuum to use. Most vacation rentals that I have stayed at do not leave those accessible to guests. Additionally, the washer and dryer was a nice ammenity. It seemed like many things were new at The Sea Pearl. There is no Air conditioning, but we did not need it. The bedroom fans were perfect on the days that were a bit warm. The location of The Sea Pearl made day trips to Cambria, Big Sur, Carmel, and Monterrey ideal. Rachelle was quick to respond to any questions. She even went out of her way to suggest things to do and left us a welcome gift. You do need to be able to navigate about 12 stairs to get to and from The Sea Pearl with all of your belongings. The only drawback was the noise coming from upstairs. Some noise is expected when people live above you, but perhaps adding some area rugs or something else to cut the sound from above would have made our stay perfect.
