When did VRBO stop listing privately owned properties? Apparently, VRBO has changed their listings. I was expecting a condo and the photos and the description were deceptive. This was a Best Western motel. I would never have booked this if I had known it was a chain AND wasn’t mentioned in the listing. I will start with the positive, it is convenient and close enough to walk to most of the attractions in Glenwood Springs. The room was bare minimum (undecorated) , very dark with minimal lighting, broken blinds, broken chest of drawers, window that wouldn’t lock, bathroom with no window coverings, a weird musty smell to the room, and 10 per night additional for parking that was undisclosed. Price was quite high for the quality. Time of year was end of August. Would not recommend for the price.
