Enjoy all that Durango has to offer from this conveniently located in-town condo. Visit Durango's historic main street with a short 5-minute drive or access world class mountain biking trails right out the back door. The condo complex offers amenities for all seasons. Cool off in the pool after exploring the San Juan mountains, or relax in the hot tub after a long day skiing at Purgatory.

Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, an adventure filled week, or simply a peaceful retreat, this condo is your perfect home base in Durango, Colorado. Book your stay today and experience the magic of the southern San Juans.

This updated condo has accommodations for 6 and provides a spacious living/dining room with a wood burning fireplace, comfortable couch, and large smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen comes with complementary coffee, and opens up to the dining room creating an inviting space. The main bedroom is on the first floor, while the second bedroom (loft) is upstairs and opens up to the living room below. **Please note that this is a second level unit, but does require four flights of stairs to access the unit (48 steps).**

This condo also provides:

There are also soccer fields and a park directly across the street, as well as tennis courts and a golf course (Hillcrest Golf Club). There are several more trails, as well as a disc golf course that weave through and around the Fort Lewis college campus, all within walking distance of the complex.

Perfect home! Slept 6 of us comfortably! Very clean which is a big deal to me. Upstairs loft was perfect and private. We loved the unit supplied coffee for us.

The location was clean and beds were comfortable. There was a washer and dryer complete with detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, flatware, coffee pot/water kettle. The AC units struggled to cool the entire property so nights were left kind of sweaty and uncomfortable. There was a finishing nail sticking out of the flooring into the upstairs bathroom that I cut my toe on. If not for my next attribute, I would stay here again, but the hike to get to the condo was AWFUL. You have to go up aprox 8 flights of stairs to get to your condo. If you are just traveling with a back pack, it would have been fine. However my family of 3 adults and 2 children had a decent amount of luggage and getting up all of those stairs was absolute hell! Had the listing notified us of the location, we would have chosen something else. My mother is not capable of carrying anything up that many stairs and the kids were too little. That left my dad an I to carry everything up and then back down again upon check out and it was an absolute nightmare for us. Again, someone more able bodied and with less luggage could have a great stay here, I just wish we had some warning!

We also understand that carrying luggage up the stairs can be challenging, especially when traveling with children or family members with limited mobility. We do want to clarify for future guests that the listing states that the condo requires four flights of stairs to access the unit and specifies the total of 48 steps. We include this information specifically so guests can determine whether the property will be a comfortable fit for their group before booking. It should be made more clear that there are 48 stairs up to the front door of the property. It was not too much of an issue for us but if my health was any concern it certainly could have been.
