The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and all essentials for home-cooked meals, while the dining area and cozy living space with gas fireplace create a welcoming place to relax after a day outdoors.

Step out onto your private balcony to take in crisp mountain air and scenic alpine surroundings. During winter, enjoy convenient ski access and proximity to the Orange Bubble Express lift. In warmer months, the lodge becomes a gateway to hiking, biking, golf, and outdoor festivals throughout Park City. Resort amenities include an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center, ski valet, owners’ lounge, and complimentary shuttle service into historic Park City. Items to note:
-As part of the Canyons Resort Village's efforts to make enhancements and improve the resort’s base area and on-mountain experience, the Sunrise Gondola project, and other improvements directly adjacent to Sunrise Lodge and the surrounding areas, will take place throughout 2024 and 2025. During this time, increased noise levels and sights associated with construction may occur, including dust and obstructed views.
- We are currently in the process of upgrading select air conditioning units. As a result, some suites may be without air conditioning.
- Self-parking and Valet parking are available for all guests. HGV Club members on Club stays (either using points or open season cash) are not assessed a Valet parking fee.

- Check cancellation policy before booking. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including COVID-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes. For these reasons we always recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances like these. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation. Any participation is always optional and never required when booking through KOALA.
