What you see is what you get!! I was skeptical at first because the price was great and it looked too good to be true. But it was exactly as advertised. The host was responsive and answered all my questions. Highly recommend staying here

When we first arrived to the unit it was dirty. The sheets and pillowcases were stained / dirty and needed to be washed right away. Cleaners had come though to make the bed and arrange everything, but the counters, chairs, coffee tables, dinning table, and nightstands were dirty. The building itself is fine, but many of the amenities advertised are not very practical. The game room is not worth using, the pool is not heated, and the movie room only takes DVD's. For the price I was somewhat disappointed. The unit itself is very nice, with a comfortable bed and huge windows, but being uncleaned on move in was very disappointing. The location is decent. It is walkable to downtown and the public transit. There was a strong homelessness population around the building, but they never bothered anyone. Inside the building was very noisy, and the property staff does nothing about it (not that this is the hosts fault).For the price I wouldn't recommend it.

Nonetheless, we sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet these standards, and we are currently addressing and investigating this issue. Regarding the amenities and their practicality, your comments have been noted, and we will be reviewing these facilities to improve the experience for future guests. With more guests expected during the summer season, we’re glad to hear that you felt safe despite the noise.
