Welcome to Marsh Oaks, a beautifully appointed central island home offering stunning marsh views and convenient access to the premier sections of the beach.

Completely renovated in 2025, this property features a bright, open floor plan designed for comfortable and effortless living. Relax on the expansive screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying serene evenings overlooking the marsh.

For your convenience, the home includes two golf carts, bicycles, and beach chairs, making it easy to explore the island and spend leisurely days by the ocean.

Families will appreciate the dedicated bunk room, equipped with a TV, Xbox console, and selection of games for entertainment.

Each bedroom enjoys the privacy of its own ensuite bathroom, with bedrooms 1 and 2 sharing a combined shower/tub for added functionality.

Marsh Oaks combines modern updates with thoughtful amenities to create an ideal retreat for your island getaway.

Great property in the perfect location. The owners were great to communicate with. The house has just been updated and is extremely nice inside ( the kitchen is wonderful and extremely well stocked). The view out the deck is one of the best on the island and the center island location puts you near everything.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The place was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meals simple and convenient. The location on the island was perfect—close to everything without feeling crowded.The rooms were spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. Having two golf carts included was a huge bonus and made getting around even easier and more fun. The host was excellent with communication, always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. On top of everything, the rental was very reasonably priced for what was offered. Highly recommend!

This centrally located home has stunning marsh views all over the house. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped for our large family. We really enjoyed the bikes and golf carts included. Communication was quick and easy with host. Great value for the price in a newly renovated gem.

Our stay at this beach rental was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The home was comfortable and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal and made it easy to enjoy the beach and everything nearby. What really stood out was how easy the owners were to communicate with—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly felt taken care of and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great beach vacation spot!

Wir haben 4 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit Blick über die Marshlands verbracht. Das Haus liegt zentral.auf Fripp Island und ist mit 2 Golfcarts ausgestattet. Alle Facilities sind dadurch schnell zz erreichen. Dss Haus war bei Ankunft super sauber. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt - von Strandstühlen, Sonnenschirm, Strandhandtüchern, Bodyboards, Grill und Fahrrädern hin zu einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Kaffeemaschine (Pulver Kapseln), Airfryer, Duschgel, Shampoo und ausreichend Handtüchern. Einziges Manko am Inselleben: für alle Amenities benötigt man eine Amenities-Card, die nur zur Benutzung berechtigt. Die Benutzung selbst z.B. den Tennisplart oder den Golfcourt muss man dann nochmal extra zahlen. Dies betrifft auch die Gastroniomie der Insel.
