Our spacious, open-concept condo is located on the second floor (with easy elevator access—no lugging suitcases up the stairs!). Relax by the fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the TV, or step out onto the private balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the coastal breeze. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected.

Enjoy a stay inside the Peninsula, a private coastal resort where golf, pools, and beach access are all in one place. This comfortable 2-bedroom condo offers a bright open layout, a private balcony, and easy access to top-tier community amenities. With the available golf package, guests can play the Jack Nicklaus course (daily fees apply, with additional fees required for weekly stays—see details below). You’ll also have access to pools, a fitness center, and bayfront areas, all within a quiet, gated setting. Perfect for guests who want a full resort experience near the beaches without the crowds.

Thing to Know:
•There is a $65 required HOA fee per booking.
• Pools and other community amenities are available to guests for an additional fee of $51 per Adult (18+) per week for Adults and $30 per Child (-18) per week. You will receive communication and instructions to pay this once the reservation is secured.
•The guests of this home are welcome to use The Peninsula's tennis and pickleball courts as well as access to the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The greens fee is an additional fee and not included in the Amenity package.
• Free Linens & Towels: They are provided. Bring your own beach towels.
• Parking: One assigned space. Overflow parking available.
