Discover the charm of downtown Providence in this quiet, cozy, and unique condo!
Located less than a half-mile from the river (WaterFire), the universities (Johnson and Wales, Brown, RISD), shopping (Westminster Street / Providence Place Mall) and entertainment (Theatre / Comedy / Performing Arts Center), amazing local culinary + walkable to Trader Joes etc.. this is the perfect location for exploring all that the city has to offer.
A national historic landmark, the Arcade building was renovated into apartments in 2015, with the larger units on the second floor. This 2nd floor sun soaked apartment has everything you need: two smart TV’s, workstation, Kurig, fully furnished with linens, towels, toiletries, coffee bar etc.. It is 340 sqft, about the size of a hotel suite, with a separated (quiet + dark) bedroom and bonus murphy bed in the living room. Additionally as a tenant in the Arcade building, you'll have access to extra tenet-only lounge room + bathrooms. There are also handful of quaint shops on the first including cafe, mediterranean, book store!
Enjoy a coffee in the peaceful atrium, or step into all Providence has to offer!
