Sherri was very kind, responsive, and clearly wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. There were fans throughout the house, and sticky notes with instructions around the cabin to help us understand how everything worked. Her attention to detail and willingness to help were definitely appreciated.Unfortunately, despite her efforts, the cabin was too hot during our stay. There is no air conditioning (I take that as our mistake as we didnt make sure beforehand) and the fans weren't enough to make the bedrooms comfortable. This was especially difficult for the little ones. The tower room shown/described in the listing was not as we thought it would be, the room is literally the entrance. Some areas of the house were very nice like the swing and jacuzzi, but outdated at the same time. The bedding for all rooms appeared old and were uncomfortable. Also, make sure not to leave any laundry (not even a towel) as it will be 75. The combination of the heat, sleeping conditions, and room situation led my family to leave about half a day early. I do want to emphasize that Sherri was kind and helpful. The house is beautiful and very spacious and gives the cozy cabin vibes with a beautiful view. I'm sure its lovely in the Winter. Unfortunately, the accommodations simply weren't a good fit for my family, particularly during hot weather. I would recommend that future guests confirm the exact room configuration and sleeping arrangements with Sherri before booking.

We had a great time at this property! Lots to do for kids of all ages. It’s clear that this is a cherished home and that the owners take great pride in sharing it with others. Lots to do nearby as well- SkyPark/Santas Village, Lake Gregory, Lake Arrowhead and much more. Very attentive hosts who truly want you to enjoy your stay.

Great stay, thank you Sherri for being so lovely and easy to work with, and checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and more!! Host goes above and beyond; we all (us and 7 teenage boys from 12-15) and we all loved the comfortable beds, downstairs game room, inside jacuzzi and the views!!

Beautiful property!

Stayed at this property and enjoyed every minute there. It had everything we needed for us adults, children and teens. The home was very cozy and had a million dollar view. Landlord was very kind and welcoming! Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay! There was plenty of space for our group of 15. Lots of seating, plenty to do both at the cabin and near by. We had a lot of space for our groceries in the kitchen and it was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. for us to use. Sherri was very quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns and was very communicative. Thank you for an amazing stay! We would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to accommodate a large group!

One of the most amazing properties!

Stayed here with a large group of friends & family and it was an amazing house with beautiful views! The house itself was clean, and felt very comfortable and homey which we all loved. Sherri was very communicative and made the stay wonderful by being so accommodating and great. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful cabin in a nice woodsy area.

We had a great stay at Nob hill cabin. There was plenty of beds, lots to do in the home. Even though we couldn’t go outside much, because it rained the whole time we were there. The outside of the property is gorgeous!

Great view!

Everything was all good! Sherri made sure that our stay was a success by contacting regularly and left detailed notes at the house. The house was very cozy and even though we were a large group of people, everyone felt comfortable and had an enjoyable time. The bonus room (entertainment and spa) downstairs was a great addition.

Beautiful views

We planned a long weekend trip with family and this home was perfect.Lots of room inside and out.The game room was always fun after a long day out and about. Sherry is the best! She was a phone call away with anything we needed. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views!

The outside of the house is gorgeous and the view from the patio is one of a kind. My family and I had a restful weekend. Everything was as described and Sherri was very attentive and helpful. It was nice having the hot tub inside so those that didn’t want to get in could still enjoy everyone’s company.

This vacation home has been in my family for over 40 years. My Dad loved it for the gorgeous views (you can see Catalina on a clear day!). It has been a labor of love... we planted over 400 trees on the property ourselves! My parents spent decades remodeling this beautiful cabin (some call it a castle :) and landscaping the surrounding property (it looks like a park). It was his dream to keep it in the family for many generations... so we've been renting it out to keep up with the expenses since he passed away. We love sharing this special home with others... and my Dad would have loved it too!

Since I was 4 years old, we traveled to the mountains every year to visit Santa's Village. And every year my Dad would stop at this property on the way and leave his business card at the home "call me if you ever want to sell it" he would say (he loved this property because of the sprawling views)! He was finally able to buy the property when I was 13... and it has been our family's pride & joy ever since! We came up every single weekend to fix up the house & plant trees... and we used to spend every Thanksgiving up here with our families (and many weekends) as we grew up and had families of our own (there are 4 children and now 8 grandchildren).

Our home is on 3 lots so there is SO much room to play outside, and there are sledding hills to use in the winter! The landscaping is gorgeous, and there is ample parking (which is unusual in the mountains). It has the most amazing views from every room in the house... you can even see Catalina on a clear day!
