This is a very nice home with 3 bedrooms 2 bath. Has all modern appliances and very clean. My wife and I came down with my daughter for a softball tournament in the area over the weekend. We also had another mom and daughter that stayed with us. The area is great with easy access on and off the highways. Plenty of stores and restaurants around as well. The street worried me for noise, but was very quiet. They also provided some snacks and apple juice. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

The home was exactly as described and even more lovely in person. It was tastefully decorated, with so many thoughtful touches throughout.This home is especially perfect for guests with mobility issues. There is only one step to enter the home and one small step into the shower on the first floor. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on each level, which made it very comfortable for our group.The location was fantastic—centrally located and only about 10–15 minutes from everything we wanted to do.The host was wonderful and very responsive, always replying quickly whenever we had a question.I stayed here with my parents, my daughter, and her newborn, and the home had absolutely everything we needed. We were all very comfortable and felt right at home.I would 100% stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others!

This stay was extremely disappointing.The biggest issue was the condition of the property. It didn’t appear to be cleaned to an acceptable standard. We found crumbs & gravel all over the kitchen floor, sugar on the countertop, a large clump of hair in a bed, hair on the dingy towels, dirty dishes w/ food residue in the cabinets, a moldy sponge in the sink, dresser drawers w/ garbage (open candy box, used tissues), dust & cobwebs on the headboard, used empty shampoo bottles from a previous guest, a greasy sheet pan with burnt food left in the oven etc.There were also maintenance and safety concerns. 1 of the 4 listed bedrooms was unusable because it consisted of three mattresses stacked on top of one another. One dresser drawer contained an exposed nail and another had a large sharp piece of wood. This was very concerning as we had young children w/ us. The kitchen knives were rusty & unusable.Basic supplies were also lacking. For 4 guests staying 5 days, they had 2 partially used toilet paper rolls. And when I contacted the host about it, I was told to buy it myself. No dishwasher tablets or bin liners were provided despite checkout instructions requiring guests to start the dishwasher & empty trash.Communication was poor. Most messages went unanswered & I ultimately had to involve VRBO. VRBO support was fantastic but they couldn’t reach the host either. Although someone later dropped off supplies, none of the documented cleanliness or safety issues were addressed.
