The space:
Our lake front retreat boasts 4 spacious bedrooms including three king beds, a trundle twin bed, and two additional twin beds. Our home also features 3 full bathrooms. The master bathroom features a free-standing tub and separate shower with rainfall shower head.

Lake views from almost every room! You will love sitting on the screened in porch off the living and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold drink at night. We really enjoy sitting out there relaxing with our family and watching the boats go by.

Enhance your lake front stay with our complimentary water sports equipment including kayaks, inflatable paddle boards, and tubes. You will love to tie your float up to the dock and ride the wake as boats go by! Immerse yourself in outdoor entertainment at our gas grilling area and full cornhole set. The back porch is perfectly set up to cook and enjoy the lake with plenty of seating for the whole family. The basement is a haven for both kids and adults, featuring a basketball shootout game and an array of board games. Located on ground level, the basement has walkout access to the lake.

Families with little ones will find our amenities particularly accommodating. We provide a pack and play to ensure a seamless stay for parents, a highchair, and a full set of children’s plates, bowls, silverware, and cups.

Stay effortlessly connected with our high-speed fiber internet, perfect for remote work or supporting multiple streaming devices. We also have 5 smart TVs and you are encouraged to connect to your apps along with the complimentary Hulu Live and ESPN. Each of the living rooms have 65 inch smart TVs so you can always catch your favorite team’s game after a fun day on the lake.

As a special treat, our partnership with the local marina allows us to arrange complimentary drop-off and pickup of rental boats, courtesy of their services. For your convenience, a public boat ramp is just a short 4-minute drive from the house.

Milledgeville is only 25 mins away and has fantastic restaurants/bars, shopping, and grocery stores. They have some of the best food around!
