This cozy home with knotty pine cabin-feel offers plenty of space in the Split Rock end of Lake Harmony.

Walk down the driveway and cross the street to the park to play bocce ball, miniature golf, soccer, pickleball, and more. Visitors also love watching the deer in our yard from the main floor deck. Walk a few minutes to the HUB to dine, shop, get ice cream, or hang out at the upstairs bar. There's also a public golf course in walking distance!

The serene atmosphere of this location invites relaxation after a day of adventure whether you are skiing, snowboarding, snow-tubing at Jack Frost or Big Boulder, or kayaking or boating on the lake, or hiking the waterfall trails and swimming at Hickory State Park, you are bound to enjoy this part of the Poconos.

The fun-filled basement includes activities including: Pool table, Foosball table, Digital dart board, Mini-golf putting green, Plastic Axe throwing, Ring Toss Hook, and seats 18 on 3 loveseats, 1 couch, 1 chaise lounge, 4-seat high-top table and 4 additional chairs; Amazon Fire TV; Washer (detergent provided), dryer, ironing board, and steamer; a Full bathroom with shower.

Make your travel easier by keeping the towels and sheets at home. We’ve got you covered for convenience. Our bedrooms are built for comfort with all beds having 4 inch memory foam. Main Bedroom: One king bed (1st floor) – sleeps 2; Bedroom 2: One queen bed (1st floor) – sleeps 2; Bedroom 3: One full bed (1st floor) – sleeps 2; Bedroom 4: Two full beds + two twin beds (2nd floor) – sleeps 6; Bedroom 5: Two twin beds + one child size pull-out hide-a-bed. Guests enjoy 3 modern, full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, one bathtub, towels, washcloths, soap, and hair dryers for guest’s convenience.

The cozy living room includes: Fireplace; 3 couches seating 10; 2 luxury dog crates; Family-friendly and adult board games; Enjoy whole house WIFI for large families. 3 Streaming TVs with logged in streaming services including Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, ESPN+, Xfinity, and HBO Max.

The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need including: Keurig coffee machine, Air fryer, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and Dishes, utensils, cooking needs including spices. The dining room seats 8 with connecting kitchen and backyard view.

Our house is a private residence (no gated community). Guest passes to access the lake's beach in Split Rock are only available during the summer season for guests if you rent a kayak, paddleboard, or boat directly from Yeti Watersports (2 mn walk to lake from house). There are several other places for guests to rent kayaks or boats as well: Lake Harmony Watersports (3 mn drive), Boulder Lake Club (5 mn drive). Our house also has 2 kayaks available with standard car roof rack for no-cost public access to Long Pond (10 mn drive) or Hickory State Park (15 mn). There's so much to do here!

Let's talk FOOD! Our favorite local restaurants serving breakfast and lunch are Piggy's and Terra Cottage. Lunch and dinner at Nick's Lakehouse, Boulder View Tavern, Louie's Prime, and Sunset Green. Call the HUB and order food for pickup - or - enjoy eating in the modern cafe or deck overlooking the golf course.
