It is in a 6.5-acre oceanfront Hawaiian Style Resort. Walkable to Marketplace, shopping and restaurants. A 10-minute drive to airport.

Studio has Ocean view, top floor with balcony, fully furnished with a Queen size bed and full sofa/sleeper, WIFI, cable TV, Netflix, AC, coffee maker, beach chairs, umbrella & more.

NO RESORT FEE/FREE PARKING.



GENERAL:
- This is the privately owned studio inside of Aston Islander on the Beach. Therefore, it doesn't offer daily cleanings or any other hotel services.
- It is at the 3rd floor with 372 sqft.
- Sleeps up to 4 people.
- Perfect for anniversary, honeymoon, or simple vacation.
- Nonsmoking unit.

- Access to walking/biking path. It is from Lydgate Beach Park to Donkey’s Beach. (7.2 miles).

PARKING:
There is free parking for 1 vehicle. The Parking pass will be provided.

KITCHENETTE:
Coffee brewer, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes, glasses and silver

STARTER SUPPLIES:
There will be a starter supply of coffees, creams, sugars, toilet papers, paper towel, tissue, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, trash bags and bar soap.
Please note that these are only a starter supply.

BEACH SUPPLIES:
- Beach towels
- Beach chairs
- Umbrella

LAUNDRY:
The resort does not allow laundry access, but there is a laundromat is located near the resort. We also can do, mid stay cleaning, towel/sheet exchanges upon request.

LINENS:
We provide linens for the beds and one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, beach towel) per guest.

CHECK IN:
It's self-check in. Keyless entry. Access code will be provided.
Instructions will be provided 7 days prior to your arrival.
