The three floors of "No Worries" are thoughtfully designed to provide both communal space and private retreats for your entire group. The third floor is dedicated to the ultimate Master Suite, a haven of relaxation featuring a plush king-sized bed with comfortable, luxurious bedding. The large, private bathroom is a spa-like escape with dual vanities, a spacious walk-in shower, and a glorious Roman tub for soaking away the day's adventures. For added comfort, the suite includes a mini-living room with a sofa sleeper, a convenient wet bar, and its own private balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying sunset views.

The second floor offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The two Queen Bedrooms each feature comfortable, plush queen beds, flat-screen TVs, and access to a balcony, providing lovely neighborhood views. The fourth room is a fun Bunk Room, featuring a twin-over-full captain's bunk, ideal for kids or adults who are young at heart! A large, well-equipped hall-bathroom with a tub-shower combo serves the second-floor guests.

The main level of the home is where family memories are made. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting modern appliances, sleek granite countertops, and a large kitchen island perfect for prepping meals or mingling. Enjoy casual bites at the breakfast bar or host a feast in the dining room, which offers plentiful seating for family dinners, board game nights, and lively conversation.

Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, the living room invites you to settle in with its comfortable seating arrangement and large flat-screen TV, creating a perfect space to relax after a day at the beach. Outside, the rear-deck is a private oasis, featuring comfortable patio seating, subtle exterior lighting for evening ambiance, an outdoor dining table, a BBQ grill for cookouts, and a refreshing outdoor shower.

Golf Cart Included! To make getting to the beach and exploring the area effortless, we have included a brand new, six-passenger golf cart for your enjoyment. State of the art, with keyless start, bluetooth music system, and backup camera - you’ll absolutely love touring around in this beautiful, street-legal machine!

Beyond the walls of "No Worries," the neighborhood offers fantastic amenities just steps away, including a beautiful neighborhood pool, shuffleboard courts, a putting green, and a well-equipped gym.

You’ll be surrounded by a vibrant community with easy access to all the charm of Scenic 30A, from delicious restaurants and lively bars to quaint ice cream shops, unique dining experiences, boutique shopping, live music, and various activities. Your stress-free beach vacation starts here!

*We always try to keep some beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, floaties) at the property for your use. While these are not guaranteed, there’s usually a good stock of items available. We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone.

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

*The Villages neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street. Rental Golf Carts are not permitted (unless included with the home). Overflow parking is often available at the front of the neighborhood, and alternate overflow storage options may be available locally, but neither are not guaranteed - be sure to plan ahead!
