This is a 1 Bedroom Guest Suite perfect for a weekend getaway or business trip. A Private Entrance ensures you will have a peaceful stay. Enjoy everything you will need for a home away from home. A stackable Washer/Dryer makes laundry a breeze. Community pool a short walk away, walking distance to Goodyear Ball Park.

Please review ALL house rules to make sure that this is the right stay for you and you can always reach out with any questions. Violation of any city, county or state ordinances/laws will result in immediate removal from the premises and immediate forfeit of all money paid.

THIS PROPERTY HAS A 100% NON-SMOKING ON PROPERTY POLICY. Any smoking violation will be charge a $500 Additional Cleaning and Deodorizing fee.

No loud parties or music. No neighbor disruptions. We apologize, but pets are not allowed at this location.

Guest access
Guests will use a lockbox on site to access the unit during their stay. Guests will use a private entrance on the side of the house.

Guests will have street parking available to them for parking their vehicles.

Guests WILL NOT have any access to the main house nor the garage. There is an inside door connecting the guest house to the main house but this door is locked by deadbolt on both sides and prevents either parties from gaining entry. Please do not disturb anyone that is staying in the main house.

Additional notes
Some things to note about the property:
- We do not provide sundries for the full length of guest stays. The unit will have “starter” toiletries for your arrival, but you should plan to bring extra soaps, toiletries, etc. with you.
- The kitchen will have cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. Cooking spray and an assortment of spices are also provided.
- The unit is an addition to the main house. The two units are connected internally, however the door is locked and unable to be opened from either side.
- Access to the unit is separate from the main house and will not require any contact with anyone in the main house.
- The backyards are separated by a locked gate and fence.
- Residents of the main house have access to the garage and driveway. Guests in this unit do not and must use street parking during your stay.
- Guest will have access to the community pool and playgrounds and there will be a $100 charge for replacing the pool/community fob.
- No mailbox services. Please have all packages or mail delivered directly to the house, or to general delivery at the local USPS office.
- Absolutely no smoking and no pets.
