Located on the ground floor, the holiday apartment with tasteful decor consists of a living/dining room with rustic wooden roof beams, an integrated, well-equipped kitchen with beautiful tiles and a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning (only in the living room), a television, a baby cot and a highchair. Outside, you will find a spacious, open terrace, equipped with loungers for sunbathing on warm afternoons, a table and chairs for communal meals in the fresh air and an awning for some shade as your curl up and read a good book. There is also a barbecue for your private use to prepare fresh culinary specialities with your loved ones. The historic centre of Conil de la Frontera, with its many shops, restaurants, bars and cultural activities is just 2 km or 4-minute drive from the property. Furthermore, one of the most famous beaches in Spain, Playa Fuente del Gallo, whose sand stretches for kilometers along the coast, is only 400 m or a 3-minute walk away! This is truly a dreamlike location for a relaxing, uncomplicated beach holiday.

Due to the local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians. Therefore, noises that may cause discomfort during the night, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., are not allowed.
