The private outdoor area boasts a garden with an open and covered terrace area and a barbecue for cooking and enjoying your own meals in the open with a glass of wine. The closest sandy beach with a beach bar, La Cinta, is 1.2 km (15 minutes on foot) away, while the marina is very close to the apartment, a mere 5-minute walk (400 m). The airport of Olbia is located a 25-minute drive (28 km) north of San Teodoro, 5 km south of Olbia’s center.
