Located in a classic apartment building, this spacious one-bedroom apartment offers a glimpse into the city’s historic residential life. Thoughtfully renovated with modern comforts while retaining its original character and charm, the apartment is tucked away in a quiet alley yet right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to reach most major attractions. Famous Bùi Viện Street is just a 5-minute walk, and local eateries, markets, cafés, and convenience stores are all nearby.
This is a 45 m² apartment located on the first floor (NO ELEVATOR — just 1 short flight of stairs), featuring a well-defined layout with a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchen.
• Prime location: our apartment is a 5-min walk to Bui Vien, 18-min walk to Ben Thanh Market, and just a 5–10 min drive to major attractions such as the War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Saigon Opera House, and Nguyen Hue Walking Street
• Private cozy bedroom
• King size bed with comfortable mattress and 4 pillows
• Washer/dryer (detergent provided)
