Casa Balena unfolds across 1.7 acres of landscaped grounds, with approximately 18,000 square feet of constructed space, intentionally distributed between refined interior volumes and expansive outdoor living areas. At the heart of the home lies its defining feature: a 37-meter whale-shaped infinity pool, seamlessly integrated into the architecture and landscape.
