The Urban Oasis was great! Pristine cleanliness in a quiet neighborhood with a quick 5-10 minute drive to downtown - super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent cleanliness could have been better it was pet hair on the sheets and pillows and bed headboard floors could’ve been swept it was animal hair on the floor and they didn’t give enough towels and wash clothes for every room I had to buy wash clothes and trash bags cause there was no trash bag in the kitchen trash can the bathrooms was clean but the downstairs bathroom had pet hair all over the bathroom outside shower mat I put it in the laundry room but other than that the house is beautiful and the location was everything and the neighbors was friendly

The property was not ready for our stay. While we were thankful the host allows pets, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by pet hair from previous guests, human hair, and massive amounts of dust throughout. The stove hood was covered in thick grease and more hair, and clean sheets were simply stuffed into closet cubbies rather than being properly placed.When we contacted the host, he insisted he had cleaned the place himself—despite us paying a cleaning fee. While he did send a cleaner back to address the kitchen and staircase, the host remained on the phone the entire time, translating and questioning our requests.Because we were in town for an important Statewide Championship Swim Meet with early morning starts, moving our family and pets would have been a massive disruption. As a result, I had to spend my own time cleaning the remaining areas. For the price and the additional cleaning fee, the host should consider hiring a professional service to meet basic hospitality standards.

Very nice house and location for our family plans this weekend. Everything was to our expectations, I didn't remember seeing stairs so I was surprised. The kids were happy with the rooms upstairs and the bathroom. Thank for hosting our stay and look forward to reserving this house on the future. Thank you.

The location of this property is so convenient to downtown and also in a quiet neighborhood. It’s perfect! The living room was comfortable and spacious. There’s a TV in every bedroom. The shower is the real star of this property! It was the best shower I’ve ever taken. The host provides shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which is great! However, you might need to bring your own towel because the minimum is provided. There is plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils but not a good selection of pots and pans. The fridge is large, but there’s no ice maker, so grab a bag of ice on your way in. The back deck is beautiful and has patio table with a great big umbrella. The backyard was big enough to let the kids run around in a little bit, and it’s fenced in. Overall, this was a good property for the price and we would definitely stay there again. Check in and check out we’re super easy.
