Villa Can Cuarassa is situated in the bay of Pollença, just a stone's throw away from the sea and can accommodate 8 people. A living room with a well-equipped kitchen with adjoining large dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over 2 floors. Facilities of this typical Majorcan house also include Wi-Fi, a high chair, a cot, A/C and heating in all rooms and a parking area. The pleasant inner courtyard with Mediterranean plants, garden furniture a barbecue and an additional covered kitchen invites you to relax. Enjoy the top location, rent bicycles and watch the sunrise over the sea. You can reach the little town of Port de Pollença with its restaurants and shops as well as the fine sandy beach in just 3 minutes by car.



This property is best suited for families.

Parties are not allowed.

Guests must be 25yrs of age to check in.

Please, note that the property is on the main road to Puerto Pollensa and there may be some traffic noise. However, it is equipped with insulated windows which greatly mitigate the noise.

The most immaculate beautiful villa right on the sea

Pros: We loved everything about this beautiful villa. Everything is included for the perfect week away, from kitchen utensils, basic food ingredients such as oils, through to beach towels parasols and more. The decor and furniture is all perfect - such a classic Mallorcan feel whilst being modern. The beds were really comfortable and we slept great, the showers were all very hot and powerful. The views from the living room and the terrace in the morning light were stunning. We would love to visit again.

I spent 10 days with my family in this really beautiful house

Pros: The house is even better than pictures you see on the website, a real jewel. And Gabriel and his wife are really among the best hosts I have ever met. I strongly suggest their house to enjoy your holidays in Mallorca. Port Pollenca and the sorroundings offer nice and quite beaches and restaurants, close to Formentor beach and lighthouse, one of the greatest place to visit while in Mallorca. Cons: The only defect is the road that separate the house from the sea that is sometimes noicy, but the rest is really above any expectation.

Fabulous Stay in Pollença

Our family had an awesome visit in Pollença. It was a short 3 night stay but we really enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The Villa was lovely, location was superb. Amazing beach views which was just across the street. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers each day from the second floor living room area as well as relaxing on the rear patio area on the sun loungers and the shaded seating area. Gabrielle our host was very personable, attentive and responded to any questions we had very quickly to ensure we enjoyed our visit.Our check-in was seamless. The property has been completely restored and expertly decorated with fabulous Spanish flare. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to prepare food as we wished. They even had coffee pods for the coffee maker and a Smeg kettle and teas which I really appreciated. As well as large bottle water, sodas & beer in the fridge!!The beds were comfortable with nice linens and each bedroom had its own individual wall air condition unit. And the entire Villa and property was so so clean!!! We used the beach bikes to bike to the port of Pollença to go to the restaurants and walk the beach on the first day. We were a small group and the villa had lots of room to enjoy. It can easily accommodate 3 to 4 couples or a larger family. As well the wi-fi worked very well which allowed my husband to work & do calls easily. We highly recommend booking if you visit Mallorca!!

Fantastic experience right by the see! / Experiencia fantástica junto al mar!

[English version - Lo escribo también en español más abajo] We had a fantastic experience in this amazing house! The pictures already looked beautiful, the house is even better! It's a traditional country house fully renovated and reburbished to be a very welcoming and spacious home. Everything is taken care of: from the quality of the furniture and decoration and the cozy lighting, to the comfort of the beds and the outdoor space (barbecue, lounge chairs, etc.). Even the guitar in the living room was tuned! Seriously, we were not expecting such a perfect place. Gabriel was also very attentive and provided lots of good recommendations of things to do, restaurants, etc. around the area. The house is accross the road from the sea, and we really enjoyed swimming and windsurfing within walking distance. Plus, we were working from the house and, given the amount of space, we could all jump on calls without disturbing each other. Extremely recommended - if we can, we will be back. [Spanish version] Ha sido una experiencia genial en una casa impresionante! Aunque las fotos ya nos habían llamado la atención, la casa en persona es aún mucho mejor! Los dueños han renovado completamente una casa tradicional de campo para convertirla en un espacio único y acogedor. Todo está súper cuidado: desde la calidad de los muebles, la decoración y la iluminación, hasta la comodidad de las camas y el patio (con su barbacoa, tumbonas, etc.). Hasta la guitarra estaba afinada! De verdad que no esperábamos algo tan bueno. Gabriel además fue muy atento con recomendaciones sobre sitios para comer, hacer actividades, calitas, etc. Como la casa está al lado del mar, aprovechamos para estar todo el día en el agua (nosotros sobre todo haciendo windsurf). Además, aunque todos trabajamos, la casa es lo suficientemente grande para que estuviéramos todos al teléfono sin molestarnos. De verdad, súper recomendable - si puedo, repetiremos.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - super Betreuung

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Innenhof bietet die Möglichkeit für gemütliches Beisammensein. Es ist sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung oder auch für Wassersport wie SUP paddeln. Es bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Einzig die Strasse vor dem Haus hat relativ viel Verkehr mit entsprechenden Immissionen. Der Vermieter Gabriel ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses sehr Haus empfehlen.

Lovely house at the sea.

A really nice and tastefully decorated house with all comfort. We were 8 people and had enough space to recover. The location directly on the sea is perfect for swimming several times a day. The road is unfortunately a bit busy. Gabriel is a very nice and helpful person.

Stylish cottage in attractive location facing the sea

We are just coming back from an exhilarating 2-weeks-trip to Majorca featuring this really nice cottage. Situated just next to Pollenca Bay between Port de Pollenca and Alcudia this is the perfect home base for excursions to some of the most beautiful beaches on Majorca as well as the Sierra de Tramuntana and the centre of the island. The cottage itself is spacious and stylish, completely renovated and thus very functional and blended with modern elements while still preserving its traditional style. Amenities and equipment are fully functional and at the top end of cleanliness levels as compared to similar cottages. Owners are taking a lot of personal care for the property and are very proactive and responsive. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Stunning

This property is an old farm house which house been beautifully restored with a mix of old and new. Large contemporary fully equipped kitchen, beautifully designed dinning areas, large bedrooms and lovely furnishings, as well as a large courtyard style garden, well equipped utility areas, outside kitchen/bbq area, large parking area. It has everything you need for a home from home feel and great views of the bay. The owners were lovely and welcoming and keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Would return again and would recommend this property to anyone considering visiting the island/resort.

Fantastic

The house is very tastefully decorated and very authentic. The views out to the sea were amazing and in the afternoons there is a lovely cooling breeze. Lots of cycling, running and wind surfing to be done. The only drawbacks are the road and no air conditioning. The owners are very welcoming and informative and open for suggestions to improve their amazing farmhouse. Definitely a place and a house to go back to.

Really nice house and the owners were fantastic

We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the house and the courtyard, nice evenings dinners and barbecue. The house is literally on the beach so a morning and evening swim was almost mandatory. The possibly negative feedback is that the road is very close to the house and can at times be a bit annoying. But overall a very pleasant house and part of Mallorca. We will return.

Unico piccolo problema la vicinanza di una strada abbastanza trafficata(nel periodo estivo).Pulizia e condizioni della casa ad inizio soggiorno molto buone. Vicinissima ad un mare molto bello e pulito. Ottima facilità di accesso e situata a equal distanza tra Port de Pollenca e Alcudia. Proprietari di casa molto simpatici, affabili e disponibili sotto tutti i punti di vista (consigli turistici, gastronomici e balneari).Peccato per la mancanza della lavastoviglie.Sostanzialmente la consigliamo a tutti coloro che vogliono trovare una casa molto ben arredata, dotata di tutti i confort e molto grande."
