Located just a few kilometres from the towns of Manacor and Colonia de Sant Pere, Es Rafal Roig is an agrotourism farm situated amidst the vast fields and lush almond plantations of Mallorca. The 350.000 m² ranch, which is now a sustainable holiday residence of rural tourism with a main house and a total of 9 residences. The names of the individual accommodations reflect the function that the places had at the time of the agricultural enterprise. The main house offers a lounge, a game room and a large dining room. There you will also find the daily breakfast menu, which is included in the price and contains some kinds of food produced on the farm, as well as typical Mallorcan sweets and sausages.



The holiday apartment Es Nou features a beautiful stone arch that separates the living and sleeping areas and exudes a very special charm. The apartment has 69 m² of living space, a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with 2 single beds, which have been pushed together to form a double bed) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, board games, toys, children's books, a baby cot and a high chair. The private outdoor area, which invites you to round off relaxed summer evenings, includes a covered terrace with a dining table, chairs and a sitting area, as well as a sun terrace with comfortable loungers.



The shared outdoor area additionally awaits you with a beautifully-landscaped Mediterranean garden, sanitary facilities, a community pool, a children’s pool, outdoor showers, sun loungers and umbrellas. From there you have a breathtaking view of the mountains on the horizon and the lush vegetation. There is also entertainment for the young guests: they can play with other guests’ children of the same age and let off steam on the playground, while the parents have a chat in the seating area or relax while reading a good book. Moreover, the shared barbecue area of the property invites you to prepare delicious meals, which you can then enjoy with a glass of full-bodied wine.



In the midst of this flowery paradise with a Mediterranean atmosphere, you can immerse yourself in a new world for the duration of your holiday. Familiarise yourself with the farm animals (donkeys, chickens, geese, guinea pigs, etc.) and taste the delicious fruits of the regional fruit trees. The accommodation is suitable for anyone who wants to be one with nature and get to know the true Mallorcan traditions far away from the tourist strongholds. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 8 km or an 8-minute drive away in Manacor. The bay of Alcúdia is 15 km from the accommodation and the nearest beaches are Torrent des Revellar (13.7 km) and Platja de Colonia de Sant Pere (14.4 km).
