The popular town of Traunstein with its many shops, restaurants and cafés can be reached in 14 minutes (11 km) by car. The beautiful city of Salzburg is 50 km away and can be reached comfortably and cheaply by train in 35 minutes. In the village of Bergen you will also find an outdoor swimming pool (1.6 km away) and only 5 minutes by car from the apartment, the Hochfellnbahn will take you to the top of the Hochfelln, a wonderful ski area. The "Achental" cycle path leads away from the busy roads, without major ascents, through the valley Tiroler Ache with numerous nature reserves, where many smaller and larger cultural monuments await you.
