The holiday home "A due passi dal mare" is located on the outskirts of the village of Palau, not far from a beautiful sandy beach. It is decorated with colourful accents and is part of a residential complex with a total of 5 apartments. It is located on the 2nd floor (without lift) and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds and a spiral staircase to access the attic) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the balcony belonging to the apartment or let the evening end with a glass of wine under the starry sky. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the centre of Palau - 10 minutes walking or 750 m away. The sandy beach of La Sciumara is an 11-minute walk (or 850 m) away and the long sandy beach of Spiaggia dell'Isolotto is 2 km or a 6-minute by car away.



Private parking is available on the property and on the road. Pets are allowed only upon request. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
