Welcome to our gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom FULLY FURNISHED golf condo located in the picturesque Babcock National Golf and Country Club directly on Hole 10 of the golf course. This stunning rental boasts spectacular views of the nearby lake and offers the perfect combination of luxury and convenience.
As you step inside this spacious condo, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room that's perfect for entertaining guests or simply relaxing with your family.
The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample storage space, making it easy to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The adjacent dining area provides the perfect setting for enjoying meals and creating unforgettable memories.
The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with each one featuring plenty of natural light and ample closet space. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, providing you with the ultimate in privacy and relaxation.
As a bonus, our golf condo also features a private screened lanai that overlooks the lake and the golf course. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or simply soak up the stunning views.
Babcock National Golf and Country Club is a beautiful and vibrant community that offers endless outdoor activities, including golfing, tennis, pickle ball, hiking, biking, and more. The condo is a three minute walk to not only the golf course pro shop, but all other amenities, including the tennis and pickle ball courts, community pool, spa and fitness center, sauna, tiki bar and the Enclave Restaurant.
As if that is not enough, the property is also just a short drive away from shops, restaurants, and other local attractions inside Babcock Ranch. Take advantage of food trucks and live music each and every Friday and Saturday night at Founders Square, as well as the Farmers Market each Sunday

I love to golf, be at the pool, and be outside all year long, and I want the residents of my properties to feel as if they are in paradise.

There is so much to do, whether it is golf, tennis, walking trails, having a drink at the Tiki Bar, or meeting other people from all over the country and world. The atmosphere is relaxed, laid back, and simply, paradise.

The first class service and attention to detail when staying at one of my properties are what I pride myself in. And if there are any issues, they will be addressed as soon as possible.
