Spacious, newly renovated 3BR/2BA home with modern furniture in a quiet, safe neighborhood—just minutes from the heart of Atlanta. No parties, loud music, or gatherings allowed. No smoking, weapons, candles, incense, or e-cigarettes. A $500 fee will apply for any policy violations. Enjoy a comfortable stay in a peaceful setting.
The home is conveniently located with easy access to Downtown Stone Mountain, a quick drive away from Midtown and Downtown, Buckhead, Atlantic Station, Atlanta Beltline , Lenox mall and Perimeter Mall.
Our house is equipped with an active security system ,three outdoor camera and one ring camera by front door.

Absolutely NO parties or Gatherings are allowed.
NO Loud Music or Outside Gatherings.
NO Weapons.
NO Smoking of any kind including, but not limited to, incense, cigarettes, candles, or e-cigarettes.There is a $500 penalty if you violate these policies

To ensure that the pipes stay clog-free please avoid flushing this itms ,baby wipes, feminine hygiene, diapers , and others items

The number of people included in the reservation must be disclosed at the time of booking and NO outside guests will be allowed. There will be a $50 fee per night for each unregistered guest.

Use caution :please be aware of slippery stairs in the front door when wet.we are not responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries that occur while your on the premises.

Check- in after 4pm and check out before 11am
Quiet time between 8pm to 8am

Any stay beyond checkout without host approval will be charged at 2× nightly rate and may result in removal for trespass
