The private terrace is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, featuring a dining table, BBQ, and lush garden views. The shared pool, surrounded by tropical greenery, is just steps away.

Living & Dining
Inside, the open-plan living area offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the terrace. The bright dining area seats four and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils.

• Master Bedroom: Queen bed, A/C, closet, and large window with garden or pool view.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, A/C, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, A/C, closet, ideal for children or friends.

Bathrooms
Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, fresh towels, and storage space for toiletries, plus an additional half bathroom for added convenience.

High-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, on-site parking, and gated security from 7pm until 7am.

Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the private terrace with dining and BBQ area, the shared pool, and the lush landscaped grounds. Inside, enjoy the open living and dining space, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. Free parking is available on-site. The property is located in a gated community with night security from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.

We’re available to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can choose self check-in with a secure keybox or an in-person welcome if you prefer. During your stay, we’re just a message or phone call away for any questions, recommendations, or assistance, while still giving you complete privacy to enjoy your vacation.

• Night security is provided from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• One private parking space is available per villa.
• Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, and check-out is until 11:00 am.
• Self check-in via keybox or in-person welcome can be arranged.
• Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
• Please respect community rules regarding noise and pool use.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

NOTE1: Guests 5 & 6 incur an additional fee of 19 USD per person, per night.

NOTE2: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity consumption is invoiced separately. It is currently priced at 15 DOP per Kw/h (15 Dominican Pesos per Kilowatt/hour). A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure. This way, electricity consumption will be calculated and can be paid directly in cash to your host upon check-out.

NOTE3: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. Credit card detail the guest enters is securely transmitted to Stripe, and Stripe handles all processing. A fee of 4.95% will be applied. This fee is also applied in the event of cancellations.

NOTE4: A refundable security deposit of 250USD is held on the guest`s credit card on the day of arrival and will be released after check-out inspection.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and respect for the property and neighbors, please review and follow these rules:

1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out must be approved in advance.

2. Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation is allowed.
No additional visitors without prior approval.
Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.

3. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
No loud music or disturbances, especially during nighttime.

4. Parties & Events
Strictly no parties or events unless explicitly approved in writing.

5. Smoking
NO smoking inside the property.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

6. Pets
Pets are NOT allowed.

7. Property Care
Please treat the property with respect.
Any damages must be reported immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

8. Cleanliness
Before check-out, please:
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
Leave the property in reasonable condition.

9. Electricity Usage
Electricity is charged separately based on usage.
Please turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use.

10. Security & Safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.

11. Pool Rules
All guests must respect the pool rules. They are on display next to it.
-No food, drinks & glass containers at the pool.
-No loud music/noise allowed. Please be mindful of neighbors

12. Compliance
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
-Additional charges
-Cancellation without refund
-Loss of security deposit
