Detached small apartment of 45 sq m. Double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and a lovely and spacious sun terrace of 30 sq m equipped with gazebo table and sofa chairs.
The house is well furnished. The kitchen has a dish-washer, oven, toaster, coffee maker and espresso American, and a comfortable sofa.
The terrace outside due to its location is the perfect place to relax and eat in contact with nature, but is also ideal to tan. The house gives guests the opportunity to spend some days in full freedom and independence. Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV.

This holiday home in Chianti is located near the medieval village of Montaione (2 km), right within the heart of the Tuscan triangle created by Florence, Pisa and Siena.

The property consists of 5 apartments of different size and typology; 3 are in the main building whereas the other 2 are in independent houses.
The accommodations are immersed in the surrounding nature of the 5 hectares of estate with its olive groves, pine trees and a beautiful botanical garden full of plants and flowers, ideal for walking and for those wanting to remain in contact with nature, its scents and colours.
At guest’s disposal there are also a swimming pool (10x5 m, open May-Oct, up to 2.30 m deep, the ground is fenced for children safety), a children playground, table tennis, Wi-Fi, a Washing machine, and it is also possible to taste the delicious olive oil of the farmhouse.

Situated on the hills, the apartments enjoy a breathtaking view over the valleys, Val d’Elsa and Val d’Era, with their beautiful countryside slowly receding down towards the sea line. From the top of the hill guests can admire romantic sunsets.

These holiday apartments in Montaione (2 km away) are near shops, restaurants and other facilities as well as in an ideal position for visiting art centres such as San Gimignano at 18 km and Volterra 30 km, Florence at 50 km, Siena 58 km, Pisa 58 km, Lucca 60 km.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines dans cette location très bien située pour visiter la Toscane. Location au calme avec une piscine très agréable. La location est très propre et le linge de maison est renouvelé après une semaine. Nous recommandons cette adresse !

Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Typisch Toskana, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Leider hat unser Verwalter kein Deutsch/Englisch gesprochen, so dass die Kommunikation ein wenig kompliziert war. FeWo und Pool und Umgebung top! Allen Mietern muss klar sein, dass die belebten Ziele wir Pisa, Florenz, Siena, Strände, nur mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen sind. Dann ist alles kein Problem!

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est exactement comme indiqué sur l annonce. Tout était parfait, maris qui nous a accueilli est très serviable. Il est toujours prêt à répondre à vos demandes. La location est très bien située pour découvrir la Toscane. La piscine est bien entretenue et chaque logement bénéficie de deux transats et d'un parasol qui lui sont attribués. Je recommande vivement cette location.
