Welcome to the stylish and spacious International Villa in the beautiful City of Charlotte! You are minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport Uptown Charlotte, and all of Charlottes most popular areas: South End the heartbeat of Charlotte near Uptown, the Bank of America Stadium where all the Carolina Panthers games are held and other large events, the Spectrum Center, and NASCAR.

The priority at JW Realty Inc is safety, cleanliness, & comfort. The rooms are very spacious. This 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom space is designed to feel like a home away from home whether it's a short-term or longer-term stay. It features a King size and full size beds with white linens, plenty of closet storage, and a TV in the living room and bedrooms. In the living room, you'll find it peaceful and relaxing after a long day.

The full-sized kitchen comes equipped with everything from a coffee station to cookware to help get your mornings started, and plenty of basic necessities to cook from home.

Included is a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use!

The living, kitchen & dining areas are located on the first floor, the two bedrooms and the bathroom are located upstairs.
