This spacious, ground-floor apartment with a bay window (100 square meters) can accommodate up to 8 people (at least 2 of whom are children). The large living room faces south, while the bedrooms face north. The bay window features a rustic dining table with a corner bench. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, and a 4-burner electric stove. The apartment is equipped with a color TV with satellite connection and a radio. The bathroom/toilet has a bathtub. The second bathroom features a large shower and an infrared sauna. In addition to the two master bedrooms (each with a double bed, open at the foot), there are two children’s rooms (one with a bunk bed and one with a French bed). The second bathroom is equipped with an infrared sauna. There is a large terrace (60 square meters) with a fire pit and access to the garden. The apartment is non-smoking. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available nearby. Pets are not allowed. Bed linens, hand towels, dish towels, and Wi-Fi are included. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due before arrival. We charge a security deposit of 100 EUR per apartment. The tourist tax for the town of Waldmünchen is 1.3 EUR per adult per day and 0.5 EUR per child per day. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM.
