Our detached Villa Beach & Sun is completely south facing and borders directly on a small canal. The garden is bordered by a 1m high fence with gate. It offers a beautiful free view over the fields and dunes. The Villa Beach & Sun was newly furnished and is rented out since the beginning of 2018.
In our Villa Beach & Sun you will feel comfortable in every season. In summer, a sunny, completely fenced garden, a large terrace with high-quality garden furniture and Weber grill all around, as well as the proximity to the beach offer unlimited outdoor pleasure. In the colder season or when the weather is not so good, a family sauna and a glass bathtub for two people are available for wellness. Afterwards, you can relax by the fireplace and watch a beautiful film from our DVD collection on the XL flat screen.
We offer a detached villa for 6 persons with 130 m² living space, winter garden, plot 570 m², completely fenced garden, large terrace with teak furniture and Weber grill, 2 parking spaces at the house.

3 bedrooms, one at ground level with safe, two bedrooms upstairs, one with extra TV (1 x double box spring bed, 1 double bed and 1 x 2 single beds).

Living area with fireplace, comfortable living room set, dining table for 6 persons, reading corner in the winter garden, XL smart TV (via SAT reception German and international TV channels, no Dutch TV), DVD, radio with I-pod docking station, small DVD collection, small library, free WLAN.
Modern new kitchen incl. dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas field, coffee machine, Senseo.
One bathroom on the ground floor with glass bathtub for 2 and separate barrier-free shower, extra toilet, another shower room with toilet and the family sauna on the upper floor. In the outside storage room there is a washing machine and dryer.
Freshly made bed linen and a towel package (consisting of a shower towel and two towels) can be booked optionally or brought along yourself.

Your dogs are also welcome with us. In principle, we rent to guests with up to two, in exceptional cases up to three dogs. Please contact us in advance. We charge a standard flat rate of 35 € per dog.

*Dear guests,
as you know, we are currently suffering from the consequences of the energy crisis all over Europe with strongly increasing and incalculable prices for gas & electricity, which will probably not be foreseeable in the future. The prices and payments on account of our energy suppliers have already almost doubled - further price increases are likely.
This makes it difficult for us as landlords to rent out at fixed conditions in the winter months, which we already offer at significantly lower prices than the summer months, in a way that makes economic sense. We would like to be able to offer our guests our vacation homes in the colder months also in the future.
In contrast to many landlords known to us, we would not like to pass on these unforeseeable additional costs in full, but share them with our guests. To give you and us some planning security, we have decided on a moderate guest fee of 5 €/guest/night, which already includes the tourist tax.
In the warm months (May - September), when there is usually no heating, we have reduced the basic price for this.
